This week, students will be learning about how the Earth is shaped through different Geological forces. It is so fun to know about the different forces that shape the earth. Please help students with the real world application of this presentation. Take walks up in the mountains, visit the Jordan River, ask the students what forces are shaping the earth.
This fulfills the 5th Grade Science, Standard 2 (Students will understand that volcanoes, earthquakes, uplift, weathering, and erosion reshape Earth's surface.) as well as Ed Tech Standard 6 (Use telecommunications efficiently and effectively to access remote information and communicate with others in support of direct and independent learning and for pursuit of personal interests)
