The Road to Independence

I am so excited for this timeline that I have put together for teaching our class about America's road to Independence. We definitely had to put up a fight in order to gain the country that we always wanted. I hope that we can learn a lot from this journey as we study early American History.

The timeline I made helps to fulfill 5th grade Standard 2 which states, students will students will understand the chronology and significance of key events leading to self-government.

This timeline also helps us to fulfill the Ed Tech Standard 6 which states, use telecommunications efficiently and effectively to access remote information and communicate with others in support of direct and independent learning and for pursuit of personal interests.
